"I write for the Shelbyville News, which has a circulation of about 9K the last I heard. I titled my column "Faith Matters" to play off the verb/noun matters. Topic selection is mine; sometimes it's pretty self-helpish, sometimes…"
"Hi all:
Sherri, this week I'm writing my weekly newspaper column, a tardy entry for a worship arts journal (which, for some reason, I couldn't get to in the past 5 days) and a 1,200 word column that some johnny-on-the-spot managing editor…"

Look for more activity on here soon. I'm going to be doing some things with it this week. Also, think about whom you might want to invite. Although The Intersection won't be 'private' once we go live, we are counting on members to invite people they know (especially, but not exclusively, Disciples) to contribute. We may also have "hosts", collaborative projects such as devotionals, themed photo contests, and memes -- your ideas are welcome, and you don't have to ask us for 'permission' to do something. Our hope is that it will become a member-driven community in which DW plays a role, but does not necessarily manage.
Welcome to The Intersection! I hope that you will find it to be a place where you can converse and share with other people of faith. We're still in the development process, so we invite you to help us shape this new online community. Again, welcome!
