The Green Chalice

David,
We are a year old. First we just got organized. We sent out information for Earth Sunday with suggestions. We have tried to let folks know that we exist and have individually contacted churches. We have a goal of having as many churches in KY with green teams as possible. Later this month, we are hosting a Green Retreat. It is aimed at interested church members and clergy. Every session that the participants go through, we will give them the info to return and do the same session in their churches. It is an educational retreat that can then be turned into church school classes, evening sessions, etc. We aim to be an educational and support group for the churches of KY.

It looks like a wonderful initiative, but the link didn't work for me. I had to do a search on facebook. What are some of the practices and activities that your Kentucky churches have engaged in so far?
