I love to sing songs that God have written on my heart!  I love to sing, just about everyday... I am one of those people who could be singing while walking because I always have a song on my heart.  <3

Response to John.  Yes to participating in the Guitar Ensemble at GA.  Sounds like a fun experience.  Already got my t-shirt.  See you there.

First Christian Church in Ames, IA is going to be presenting Paul Winter's Missa Gaia (Earth Mass) on April 25. We are excited about it.

How'd the writing go, BIll?
Will, Tear This Temple Down, sounds great. Good thing you are getting back into songwriting, I encourage you to keep it up.

I've just started getting back into songwriting and playing guitar ( a new guitar will do that for you ). I added a new song I wrote yesterday to my page. Check it out.

Great idea - this forum.

Getting ready to go on retreat to get back into composing. Thinking about something for Lent - something singable (like a piece from Taize) that encourages entering into worship. Ideas for themes? When I get something resembling a basic melody line and chord structure I wonder what it might be like to invite others to collaborate on a conference call to create a piece and see what happens as it "lives" in a variety of expressions and contexts. BTW: Anyone know who is doing Taize worship well in the U.S. Midwest?
