As the breeze blows through my windows this morning -- I am reminded that we just celebrated Pentecost. This Sunday is Trinity Sunday and then we enter Ordinary time. What is everyone doing this summer for Worship? Any preaching series? Would love to hear how the HOLY SPIRIT is inspiring you this summer?

Comment by Robert Cornwall on October 5, 2009 at 7:56am: We had nearly 600 at our local celebration, hosted by Rochester Church of Christ, co sponsored by my congregation -- Central Woodward Christian Church (Disciples) and Meadowbrook Church of Christ (Independent). It was a wonderful service. I was one of the three pastors offering meditations. Had an elder from each congregation (our rep was a woman). We sang both acapella and with instruments (in a Church of Christ building). And the music was fantastic. I've posted a blog post with a link to the full piece at my blog site here!

What a day -- and we plan to do more. There is a new day brewing!
