I agree with Doug.  Most folks can't count that event as work time.  I was thrilled with being able to participate online.  I say lets allow voting online.  This would be a powerful statement for economic justice.

Speaking as a lay non-attendee: Make GA less expensive. For many of us, attending GA is a difficult financial choice between either attending GA or having a special trip such as a vacation or visiting distant family.

By the way, anyone else "RVing" to the GA??? We've got reservations at the Two Rivers campground.

Patricia, yes, easy driving range, and have my reservations for myself and family at a local RV campground, but will register when I KNOW for sure that I can attend. I'm active duty Air Force, and my favorite Uncle has kept me busy. Had my reservations, etc. for Indy two years ago, but three weeks prior to the GA had to cancel due to unexpected mandatory pre-deployment training. By that time there was no refund of registration fees available. So, we'll miss the discounted rates.

Friends, here is the url for the Learning Track at the GA on Transformational Leadership.  I hope that you prayerfully consider your participation.  Thanks.  Peace, Doug

Patricia: Thank you for your story of grace - THAT is what we need to hear at GA - The Good News message - stories of love and grace and reconciliation and resurrection and transformation - stories of people being fed, quenched, clothed, healed, welcomed, and visited.

Hey, John. It's within easy driving range for you. Hope to see you. FYI, the registration page is live, and adults get a 25% discount right now. Bring your youth group. The discount is about 60% for them right now!

We want to get the word out that NEW is being offered again this year just before the Assembly begins. NEW2011. More information will be available and you can register @ www.nationalevangelisticassociation.com. I would love to see a huge crowd show up for this great event.
